This quarter, we embedded AI more deeply across the Aha! suite and launched Aha! Builder: a new product that lets you create robust prototypes and internal business applications with AI. We also shipped new ways to connect customer evidence to what you create.
Our goal is to help you build faster with AI while staying focused on strategy and what customers actually need. That is what drove our Q1 updates.
Have you noticed the new Elle icon throughout Aha! software? This powerful AI assistant is on hand to support all your product work — and can now help you draft strategy, synthesize research, and send requirements directly to coding agents.
Our latest product, Aha! Builder, takes this even further. Create robust prototypes and business applications with AI, moving swiftly from insights to trusted software. Early access is still open. This quarter, we added new ways to put AI to work on research and planning tasks that often slow teams down.
Accelerate strategy and research: Ask Elle to define business models, positioning, and personas — quickly generating a structured draft for you to refine. Need to conduct deep market, product, and customer research? Use the new Research agent to quickly review Aha! records, documents, and trusted web sources and create a comprehensive analysis.
Present live roadmap views in Microsoft PowerPoint: Embed roadmaps, reports, and charts directly into your slides with the Aha! Roadmaps for PowerPoint add‑in. This ensures your presentations always reflect the latest information without extra work.
Track the value of a feature from discovery to delivery: Add multiple scorecards to any record type and score features at each phase of development. Compare the value you expected at the start with the results you actually delivered.
New in Aha! Discovery
These Q1 updates make it easier to centralize customer research and share insights with the broader team.
Capture insights from sales calls: Connect Aha! Discovery with Gong to automatically import sales call recordings and transcripts. Then, use Elle to uncover insights and link them directly to your roadmap.
Analyze more of your research: Upload surveys, reports, and other research to a study as CSV or XLS files. Bring all your customer evidence together to get a complete picture of what people actually need.
Share interview clips with the whole team: Turn any transcript snippet into a short video or audio clip and share it as a secure webpage. This makes sure colleagues outside of Aha! Discovery can access the voice of the customer behind your roadmap decisions.
Find and engage the right research participants faster: Filter your participant database by a specific idea or feedback poll to identify people who already shared input on your topic. Subscribe them to new ideas that emerge so they receive status updates.
New in Aha! Ideas
Streamline how you organize and act on customer feedback with these enhancements.
Customize the Ideas overview page: The Ideas overview page is now a fully configurable dashboard. Add your go-to reports as panels, tailor the layout, and set a saved view as your default. Build the feedback hub that works the way your team actually works.
Capture better ideas with improved dynamic forms: Reuse core questions across multiple form paths without duplicating your setup. Get the context you need from every submission without extra effort on your end.
Set up your ideas portal faster: Now, you can create new idea categories in bulk in your Workspace settings. This makes it easier to customize your ideas portal and start collecting feedback.
New in Aha! Whiteboards
This quarter, we brought visual collaboration and product data even closer together.
Add whiteboards to your product management dashboards: Include user flows, wireframes, and diagrams directly on your Aha! Roadmaps dashboard alongside your roadmaps and reports. This way, everyone sees both the plan and the thinking behind it in one view.
Bring more product data into your whiteboards: Embed nearly 30 additional Aha! views — such as strategic models, charts, release calendars, and personas — onto whiteboards. You can also now add live fields from Aha! records so important details are always visible.
Build a shared custom shapes library: Save custom shapes at the workspace or personal level to create a reusable component library (available in Aha! Whiteboards Advanced). When everyone uses the same visual elements, collaborating on product plans feels smoother and more consistent.

New capabilities in Aha! Develop and Aha! Teamwork help you deliver work faster and understand the cost of delivery.
Send features directly to AI coding agents: Integrate Aha! Develop with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Devin, and more. Send features or requirements to any of these tools with a single click and turn planned work into code faster.
Track project costs with timesheets: Effort logged on work items now flows directly into timesheets in Aha! Develop and Aha! Teamwork. Set billing rates, manage codes, and approve submissions to gain a clear view of delivery costs — without adding process overhead.

New capabilities in Aha! Knowledge make it easy for customers to access support resources right from your product.
Help customers get quick answers: Embed a widget in your application so users can instantly search your support knowledge base and get AI-powered summaries without breaking their flow (available in Aha! Knowledge Advanced).
