The core AI assistant is available in all Aha! software. Certain AI capabilities (such as transcript analysis, idea exploration, wireframing, and knowledge base translation) are only available in Advanced product plans .

Q: How does pricing work?

AI credits are included in all paid Aha! plans. Each account receives a shared pool of credits based on the plan type and number of paid users. Credits are used whenever someone interacts with the AI assistant and other complex AI capabilities, with exact usage determined by the request's complexity. Billing administrators can purchase additional credits if needed.

Q: What third-party providers are involved?

AI capabilities in Aha! software use models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. These models operate on secure infrastructure and are designed for enterprise customers.

Q: Can the AI assistant connect to external tools?

Yes. Enable Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors to connect our AI assistant to external tools you use, including Slack, GitHub, Linear, and Jira.

Q: Will Aha! use my data to train AI?

We never use customer data to train AI models.

Q: How do you protect sensitive customer information?

All AI functionality adheres to the same strict privacy and security standards as the rest of Aha! software — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging.

Q: Where is the data processed?

AI processing is performed in the United States using secure infrastructure. Data does not leave the region during analysis.

Q: Can I opt out of AI-powered features?

Yes. Account administrators can disable AI-powered functionality at any time.
