Aha! Discovery is the research tool for managing customer interviews.
Aha! wins a bronze Edison Award for our breakthrough product discovery offering
The way we build software is changing faster than it has in decades. But one aspect of it has not — we must have a clear vision and deeply understand what customers need and will pay for. This makes product discovery essential.
Customer interviews are one of the most valuable ways to understand what people actually need. But hearing their feedback is just the first step. Product teams need a way to make sense of it all and connect those insights directly to what they build next.
We launched Aha! Discovery in 2025 to address this exact challenge. And we are pleased to announce that its impact was recognized with an Edison Award.
Aha! Discovery recently secured a bronze Edison Award in the Software Solutions: Inclusive Digital Innovation category — an award highlighting solutions that offer everyone a voice. It is a fitting category for a product built to make sure no piece of customer feedback gets lost.
The Edison Awards elevates global visionaries that make a lasting impact in their markets. All nominations are reviewed by a Steering Committee comprised of more than 3,000 industry and business experts. Panelists then determine a list of finalists across a breadth of award categories based on each nomination's concept, value, and impact. This Best New Product Award for 2026 places Aha! Discovery alongside industry leaders such as Samsung, NBA, Mastercard, and Waymo. (If you are curious, you can see all the 2026 finalists here.)
It is validating to see the impact of Aha! Discovery recognized again. Just a few months ago, it secured a silver Best New Enterprise Product of the Year award from the Best in Biz Awards. This pattern makes it clear: Product teams needed a well-rounded solution for the discovery process.
A dedicated space for discovery
We built Aha! Discovery based on our own experiences. Conducting customer interviews at scale generates a massive amount of unstructured feedback. You end up with transcripts and notes scattered across different tools, and it takes hours to read through those conversations and pull out the overarching themes. We knew from many pre-launch conversations that our customers struggled with this exact process.
We wanted to create a single place to manage the entire research workflow. Aha! Discovery lets you build a participant database and automate interview scheduling. We then brought AI directly into the analysis phase. Our AI assistant, Elle, reviews the interview transcripts and summarizes the key takeaways. You see exactly what people are asking for without having to manually parse every recording.
Once you have those insights, you can link them directly to your product roadmap. This makes sure the features you prioritize are grounded in actual customer needs.
Today, thousands of folks use Aha! Discovery to manage their research and connect those learnings to their strategic plans.
We have followed the exact same approach for 13 years: build purposeful software that helps product teams everywhere set a clear strategy and tie it to ongoing work so they can create lovable products. This Edison Award is a welcome honor, but it is simply a reflection of that commitment. We will keep listening to our customers and building tools that help you understand your own. When the path from insight to action is clear, you can focus your energy on leading the team and delivering meaningful value.
