Create a customer-informed roadmap through productive conversations with your users
Use Aha! Discovery with Aha! Roadmaps to understand what customers really want — before committing to development. Create new studies and interviews or link to existing ones directly from initiatives and features. Keep relevant research organized as you validate key assumptions, make investment decisions, and set priorities.
Scour your ideas portal to find relevant requests to your research. Then, invite anyone who interacted with a related idea (or poll) to schedule an interview. Populate your participant database with portal contacts and Salesforce to streamline outreach efforts and track who you meet with.
Analyze interview transcripts, using AI to quickly identify learnings, quotes, and answers. Strengthen your personas with this customer evidence. Link highlights from conversations directly to initiatives and features. And convert new discoveries into ideas for future consideration. This makes it easy to integrate user feedback into your strategic planning process.
Create insights reports at the study or interview level to summarize your findings. Then, review all your product discovery work right on the initiative or feature itself along with other research (like polls and usage data). Empower the broader team with greater customer knowledge by making insights easily accessible.
Speak with customers frequently to understand their needs. Tag findings in interviews by key areas of your application as you go. That way, you can report on what customers are saying across your research at any time to spot opportunities for improvement. Use those insights to drive your roadmap forward — building products that closely align with what customers want.
