Most popular new Aha! features launched in Q2 2025

Think about how many teams are involved in bringing a product to life. Product, UX, engineering, IT, marketing, operations — each one plays a role. Add in sales and support, and the number grows. The complexity is real. Especially when each team relies on a different tool to manage its work. That is why we are focused on creating one environment for the entire product development lifecycle.

We are building the only suite of tools that supports product development from discovery through delivery.

That effort expanded with the introduction of Aha! Teamwork — our newest product for delivery teams like IT, operations, and marketing. Now, these groups have their own dedicated space to manage project work that is fully connected to strategic plans in Aha! Roadmaps. You can establish an agile workflow that reflects how each team operates, then efficiently prioritize tasks, balance workloads, and track dependencies. The setup is flexible enough to support how teams work and structured enough to roll up to the roadmap. Everyone stays aligned on plans, priorities, and progress.

We also made meaningful progress in Aha! Discovery — giving you more ways to incorporate customer insights into your planning. You can now bring UX and research teammates into your Aha! Roadmaps account as individual Aha! Discovery users, so everyone can collaborate across tools. We also shipped a number of updates based on your feedback, including a Salesforce integration, enhanced tagging for interviews, and a new report to analyze findings across studies.

Key updates across the rest of the Aha! suite focused on increasing workflow efficiency. From expanded AI-powered search to Miro whiteboard imports and roadmap audit reports, everything we released was built to improve the way you plan and deliver new value.

Here are the highlights:

New in Aha! Roadmaps

This quarter, we improved how you plan releases and report on changes to your plans.

  • Calculate release capacity: Enter your team's daily capacity. Aha! Roadmaps will calculate the release capacity for you based on the actual number of working days, giving you a clear view of what fits and what needs to wait.

  • Create audit reports: Track how your plans evolve over time. Include history fields in reports to see what changed, when it changed, and who made the update. This is especially helpful for monitoring scope adjustments and delivery timelines (available in Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise+).

Add filters (including History fields) to narrow in on the specific updates you want to audit.

New in Aha! Discovery

Recent updates bring more structure and depth to the way research informs your plans.

  • Tag customer research: Add custom tags to interview highlights, including learnings, quotes, and answers to questions. Then, analyze findings across multiple interviews (or studies) in a list report. Filter by workspace, study, tag, and date to uncover valuable insights.

  • Import contacts from Salesforce: Find the right people for customer interviews. This import includes fields like title, organization, and interview approval status — so you can streamline outreach and manage your research pipeline more effectively.

  • Validate your plans: Connect customer quotes and AI-generated learnings from interviews directly to work items in Aha! Roadmaps (e.g., initiatives, features, and ideas). This shows the customer evidence behind your product plans.

Clicking an interview highlight from the Research tab opens its exact location in the transcript.

New in Aha! Ideas

Over in Aha! Ideas, we made it easier to get more value out of the feedback you capture.

  • Focus on relevant feedback: Filter the Ideas overview page by status, assignee, category, and workspace. You can zero in on the most relevant ideas and act on feedback while it is still fresh.

  • Launch multi-select polls: Let customers choose more than one option in a multiple choice poll. This new Aha! Ideas Advanced capability gives you a richer understanding of user needs and preferences.

Include an optional text field so respondents can provide context in poll responses.

New in Aha! Whiteboards

Recent updates to whiteboards give you more control over how you explore and refine early-stage ideas with the team.

  • Import Miro whiteboards: Bring over your existing whiteboards from Miro. The importer closely recreates your content (including sticky notes, shapes, images, and text) so you can keep on ideating in the same place you build your roadmap.

  • Create custom shapes: Save your own custom shapes for quick reuse. You can also import SVGs from Figma — think UI components like buttons, modals, or text fields — to wireframe with on-brand components.

Disable the Outline text setting when exporting SVGs from Figma to ensure the text will be editable in Aha! Whiteboards.

New in Aha! Knowledge

We introduced new ways to consolidate and share your product documentation.

  • Translate your knowledge base: Support a global audience by publishing documents in 70+ languages. Configure translations in your knowledge base settings — no need to duplicate content or manage multiple versions.

  • Bring all product docs together: Upload PDFs directly to your Aha! Knowledge account. This lets you centralize key materials so teammates and stakeholders can find what they need without switching tools.

Your customer's browser will remember their language choice for future visits.
