We announced interview tags in Aha! Discovery last week. This offers another way to spotlight important feedback directly in video transcripts — in addition to AI-generated summaries, learnings, quotes, and responses to questions. As part of that update, we promised that reporting on highlights across multiple interviews was coming soon. So, here it is!
A new list report displays all your interview highlights in a single view at the study or workspace level. Filter by highlight type, tag, or date to explore the information that matters most. Save the report to revisit it later or share it with teammates. This makes it simpler to identify patterns and deepen your understanding of customer needs.
The new highlights list report is available for all Aha! Discovery users. (And remember: You can now add individual Aha! Discovery users to your Aha! Roadmaps account.)

Filter your highlights report for Quotes and select tags related to what customers enjoy (such as "Like" and "Positive"). Then, share the report with your colleagues. Everyone is impressed by how quickly you delivered.

Below, we review all highlights with the "Struggles" tag to find critical feedback from different interviews.
