Microsoft selects Aha! to be added to the Microsoft 365 Copilot connector ecosystem
Every organization needs a shared understanding of what the product team is building and why. When that information is easy to find, people can make faster, more informed decisions. This is why it is significant when a major platform extends its ecosystem to include Aha! data — broadening where and how product information can be discovered.
Microsoft just added Aha! to the Microsoft 365 Copilot connector ecosystem.
The new connector (currently in preview) automatically indexes features and ideas from your Aha! account so they can be surfaced in Microsoft Copilot or any Microsoft Search client (such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). This allows Microsoft Copilot to access, search, summarize, and reason with key external information alongside Microsoft 365 data. And teams using Aha! software can now reference product information in their daily workflows.
For example, let's say the team is reviewing Q4 priorities in Microsoft Teams and needs clarity on what features are planned. You could ask Copilot directly: "What features are we shipping in Q4?" Or maybe you are building a roadmap review in PowerPoint. You could quickly pull in the latest shipped ideas to highlight recent customer value — without switching tools.
Inclusion in Microsoft 365 means Aha! product data can be found alongside other core business information.
Teams have flexibility in how to configure the connector. You can adjust how often Aha! data is refreshed, filter by workspace, or create workflows that link product information to other business processes using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
The connector underscores that Aha! software is core to how companies innovate and manage product development.
We are pleased to be the only product management platform in the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. It highlights our leadership position in the market and is a natural extension of the role Aha! plays in helping companies build lovable products.
