To get started, a workspace owner can enable the integration in your workspace settings using a Smartsheet API key. Once connected, you can map record types and data fields in Aha! Roadmaps to specific sheets and columns in your chosen Smartsheet workspace. You can also choose whether updates sync automatically or are manual.
Once you set up the integration, sharing work items between Aha! Roadmaps and Smartsheet creates new rows in the selected sheet. Data fields display in the corresponding columns based on your mapping, ensuring teams have the information they need in the tool they work in.

Send records to Smartsheet
Let's imagine we are planning a product launch, and the project management team that works in Smartsheet is responsible for several key activities. We plan a release in Aha! Roadmaps that includes the activities or features associated with the launch. With the Smartsheet integration already set up, we simply need to select the integration field on the features meant for the project team. This will sync each feature and its mapped data fields to the selected sheet right away.
