The features board is the most popular view in Aha! Roadmaps, and now we have made it even better. Today's update gives you more control over how roadmap work is organized on the board. Create views for different planning needs, then refine priorities directly without switching boards.

Create the perfect features board
Aha! Roadmaps is where you can define features and create interactive prototypes to explain your ideas (use Elle, our AI assistant, for both). The features board is where you organize and prioritize that work. You could already toggle between features and epics, select releases, and filter by tag or assignee. Now, you have even more flexibility to arrange the board around how your team plans.
Control how work is arranged into columns and swimlanes for different planning needs. For example, organize features by release to set priorities, then switch to workflow status to review progress. Add swimlanes to see how work is grouped by programs, epics, or class of service.
Here is what you can do:
Set columns: Organize work by release or workflow status.
Add rows: Group work into swimlanes by assignee, epic, release, or custom field.
Manage requirements: Toggle to the new requirements view to review work in greater detail.
Save different views: Create board views for different teams or meetings and save them for easy access.
Tailor the board to how your team plans and manages work. Drag cards between columns or swimlanes to automatically update the corresponding field values — keeping everything in sync.
Different planning conversations often require different views of the same roadmap. Save the board configurations you use regularly, then return to them whenever you need to review a particular team, program, or area of work. The features board is available to all Aha! Roadmaps customers.
