Today's update takes AI-powered prototyping even further in Aha! software, transforming how product managers bring new concepts to life.
Generate interactive prototypes with Elle (the AI assistant) and save them as records in Aha! software — so you can link them to your plans and refine new concepts with the team.
Create AI-powered prototypes
Elle includes a powerful AI agent for generating prototypes. Reference a feature description or describe the new concept (using text or voice), and upload images to give Elle clear direction. Once created, there are two new ways to tie a prototype to your plans: Save it as a record in your workspace, or link it to another record. This elevates how you manage product — leveraging AI to expand your thinking and get the team aligned.
Prototype records have the same core capabilities as other Aha! record types (overview, comments, to-dos, and history). The team can preview and continue from any past version to iterate quickly and land on the best experience for customers. Use the new Prototypes page in the Knowledge section of your workspace to quickly access your recent work.
Here is what you can do:
Save prototypes to your workspace: Keep early concepts organized as records in a central place.
Link to another record: Tie a prototype directly to an initiative, idea, feature, or other Aha! record type.
Gather team input: Assign to-dos and ask teammates to leave comments on the prototype record.
Rapidly iterate on concepts: Edit your prototype with Elle and track every change through version history.
Next, validate the new experience directly with customers. Use our newest offering, Aha! Builder, to create database-backed prototypes that you can move into a production environment. Share the link directly with end users and gather feedback while they explore. Engineering can then reference the prototype to guide development and download the code as needed.

How to get started
Start a chat with Elle. You will find the Elle icon throughout Aha! software — click it anywhere to open a chat.
Prompt Elle to generate a prototype. Reference a relevant record or describe your idea.
Save your prototype as a record.
Click Save to this workspace to add the prototype to your workspace documents.
Select Link to another record to add it to a record's Research tab.
You can also create new prototypes from the Documents or Prototypes pages.
