Go to Personal settings Meeting services Google Calendar in Aha! Discovery.
Connect your Google account and choose the access permission levels you need.
Create a meeting on the Scheduling page and select your calendar in the Availability dropdown.
Pro tip: Select all relevant researchers when setting availability. Everyone who is free gets added to the event automatically — so the whole team can stay coordinated.
