Once your calendar is connected, the scheduling page reflects your current open slots. Participants pick an interview or focus group time that fits their schedules, and you avoid the awkward double-booking. Invites go out automatically to everyone involved — no manual entry required.

How to get started

  1. Go to Personal settings Meeting services Google Calendar in Aha! Discovery.

  2. Connect your Google account and choose the access permission levels you need.

  3. Create a meeting on the Scheduling page and select your calendar in the Availability dropdown.

Pro tip: Select all relevant researchers when setting availability. Everyone who is free gets added to the event automatically — so the whole team can stay coordinated.
