New to Aha! Ideas
A new idea visibility setting gives every customer a dedicated ideas portal experience — so their feedback is shared only with you and others in their organization.
We have also renamed Internal users to Employees in portal settings so it is clearer who these portal users are. These are your own employees who you want to have additional capabilities in the portal (such as viewing ideas that are only visible to employees).

Improvements
Account settings history (for settings such as custom fields and layouts) will now be visible to customization administrators. This change ensures that users who update account settings can see an audit log.
Reports on document record links now include the "Research for" link type.

You can now customize terminology for the Competitor page and to-dos in workspace settings — so your team can work more efficiently by using familiar terminology.
