Integrate with Microsoft OneDrive

Seamlessly attach shared files in OneDrive to your strategic plans

Give your team members all the information they need in one place. Attach shared files from Microsoft OneDrive directly to your plans, ideas, and work in Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, and Aha! Develop. This makes it easy to keep everyone on your team in sync with access to the latest information.

The file storage integration is enabled by default, unless an Aha! administrator disables it in your account settings.
Each Aha! user will need to set up a file storage integration in their personal settings.
OneDrive will automatically appear in the Attach files modal unless disabled by your account administrator.

Add content to records

Link external files directly to your work. Attach OneDrive files to any Aha! record — such as initiatives, idea requests, and feature cards. This way, important content is right where you need it as you plan, prioritize, and deliver new features.

Access the freshest files

Ensure you are always working with the latest version of your content. Updates made to shared files stay in sync automatically, and changes are visible when you preview them in Aha! software. There is no need to reattach the file after making changes.

Individual Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, or Aha! Develop users can set up and use the integration with OneDrive.

  • Navigate to the Storage services section in your Personal settings

  • Select OneDrive for Business and authenticate your account

  • Click the Attach files icon on any Aha! record

  • Attach the files you want and see a thumbnail of the content

Microsoft OneDrive is a leading provider of cloud storage services. Its users can store, sync, collaborate on, and share content across business and personal devices. Launched by Microsoft in 2007, OneDrive features various file viewing options, governance controls, and creation tools. Certain plans also include Microsoft Copilot, which helps users search for and organize information with AI.

OneDrive offers both free and subscription-based plans, including additional storage and advanced security features for enterprise customers.
