Find insights quickly

Have you ever stared at a transcript and wondered, "Where do I even start?" It can be a lot to process. Now, you can simply open the AI assistant and start asking questions. Use your own prompts, or try these suggestions to highlight key themes, link feedback to ideas, or create new ones from customer input:

  • What are the top three areas of product feedback in this interview?

  • Map quotes from the interview to relevant product feedback areas and related ideas/features.

  • Suggest new ideas for any gaps. (As a follow up, you can make these into idea records if you also use Aha! Roadmaps or Aha! Ideas.)

When you open the AI assistant, the relevant interview or study record ID populates automatically — so it knows exactly which records to analyze.
