Just Launched! — Manage Your Product Backlog With an Agile Board

Here is how you can use this update to manage your product backlog:

Plan and prioritize Product managers need to communicate which features will be implemented in upcoming releases. You can do this by easily dragging and dropping features within a release to prioritize their rank order. You can also move features from the backlog on the right (we call it the “parking lot”) into a planned release on the left.

Use the features board to centralize and detail your user stories.

Organize your backlog Parking lot releases allow you to organize your backlog by category or workflow. You can also prioritize your features by moving them to the top or bottom of the list to help the product team understand where to focus. Or, you can simply move features that are not ready to be prioritized into your backlog to be worked at a later date.

Focus on high priority features One way to you can organize your backlog is to objectively score features using the Aha! Scorecard. You can create a custom Aha! Scorecard, which aligns back to your overall strategy and goals. This will help you identify the most important features and quickly drop them at the top of an upcoming release.

View status of work The color of each feature card will change to reflect the status as it is updated. This makes it easy to quickly view the status of every feature on your board and understand at a glance how your team is progressing in real-time.

Capture feature details, attachments, comments, and related records in the feature drawer.
