Aha! Ideas | How to organize ideas by theme

Hey, it's Chelsea from Aha! I would love to show you a new way to make sense of all your customer feedback by organizing related ideas into themes within your ideas portal. Let's check it out.
So here I am on my ideas overview page where I track all the feedback we've received. As you can see, I've got a good amount here. That's a great thing, but sometimes a lot of ideas means it can be hard to spot patterns in all that feedback. That's where themes come in. They're gonna help you group those related ideas together.
Let's click into one. Within each theme, you're gonna see a summary of the customer challenge at the top, and then all of your linked ideas below. You can search for and add any idea or you can use AI to suggest ideas for you. And then as you add or subtract them, this summary at the top is gonna automatically update with ideas, votes, organizations, and your opportunity value.
If you'd like a little additional help surfacing related themes, you can hop into your AI exploration page. This is gonna comb through your entire portal and surface relevant patterns in your feedback. And then as you see any theme suggested here you might want to add, there you go. Really easy to do, so save as theme.
And then finally, in your prioritization page, you can now filter by theme to decide what to build next, and promote these new ideas right to your roadmap. And that's it. Themes in Aha! Ideas really help you understand what your customers need, and then move faster on the ideas that matter most.
