These features were not widely used, and the customers who did use them told us they preferred live calls with customers. If you are looking for a way to manage your customer interviews, we recommend Aha! Discovery.

What is changing?
You will no longer be able to create or run empathy sessions or in-app community feedback widgets. Likewise, past sessions and community feedback widgets will no longer be accessible. The in-app widgets for ideas and polls will not be affected and will remain available.
When does it take effect?
We will end access to empathy sessions and in-app community feedback on April 25, 2025.
Who is affected?
This will affect Aha! Ideas Advanced customers who use empathy sessions and in-app community feedback.
What will happen to my data?
We will retain your empathy session and in-app community feedback data until April 25, 2026. If requested, we can delete the data, export it, or convert it to Aha! Discovery interviews.
What do I need to do?
No action is needed. If you would like to export or delete your data — or want to learn more about Aha! Discovery — please contact support@aha.io.
