New to Aha! Roadmaps

We have updated the custom roadmap with fresh styling, new icons, and updated fonts — so you can communicate your plans with even greater clarity and impact.

Improvement

We have made it faster to add sticky notes to whiteboards. After you have added your first sticky note, hover your cursor over one of the dots along its border and click the + icon to create another blank sticky note next to it. The new sticky note will copy the color and shape (square or rectangle) of the original sticky note by default.

• You can now report on fields from an idea's votes in custom worksheets. For example, you can add an equation to your custom worksheet to bring in fields from an idea's proxy votes, such as customer priority, from a predefined choice field. Previously, you would need a create a pivot table to report on these specific values. (Enterprise+ plan)

Aha! Notebooks

Improvements

You can now copy notes with dates added to the following week. This is a great option for preparing agendas for recurring weekly meetings. To copy a note to the following week, click its More options menu and select Copy note Following week. The new note will then be associated with the following week and will appear in the Recent notes section of your My work page.
