Integrate with Rally

Customize data mapping

Configure your integration to reflect how you organize work. You can map initiatives, releases, epics, features, and requirements in Aha! Roadmaps with portfolio items, milestones, releases, and user stories in Rally. Then, save your configuration as a template. This makes it quick to set up future integrations in exactly the same way.

Collaborate smoothly across teams

Keep engineering teams informed of your plans. Once prioritized features are sent from Aha! Roadmaps to Rally, any updates automatically sync between systems. Product and development teams will see changes to requirements or release dates instantly. And if engineering adjusts estimates, you can tie that information back to your roadmap.

Monitor progress in real time

Easily see whether you are on track to meet launch dates. As work is completed by engineers in Rally, status updates automatically flow back to Aha! Roadmaps. You can also map progress fields between systems to see the percentage of work completed. It is easy to report on all the great work that is happening directly on your roadmap.

To set up an integration with Rally, you need to be a workspace owner in Aha! Roadmaps for the workspace you wish to integrate. You will also need a Rally account with create/edit records permission in the project you plan to integrate. In Aha! Roadmaps:

• Navigate to Settings ⚙️ Workspace and click the + icon next to Integrations

• Select Rally from the Integration 2.0 grouping. This will launch the integration configuration wizard.

• Follow the steps to name your integration and optionally select a template

• Click Save and continue

• Follow the prompts to authenticate with valid Rally credentials
