Direct your team members straight to the context they need to build brilliant roadmaps, act on ideas, and develop new functionality. Link files in Dropbox right to records in Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, and Aha! Develop with this one-way integration.

The file storage integration is enabled by default, unless an Aha! administrator disables it in your account settings.

Each Aha! user will need to set up a file storage integration in their personal settings.

Dropbox will automatically appear in the Attach files modal unless disabled by your account administrator.

About Dropbox

Attach files to records

Keep important content close as you work. Use the Dropbox integration to quickly find relevant files and attach them to Aha! records (including initiatives, releases, and features). Now, everyone on your team can reference this important information directly in Aha! without ever leaving your account.

Be confident you have access to the latest files. Linked content between systems stays in sync automatically, so changes made in Dropbox are immediately visible when you preview attachments on Aha! records. There is no need to reattach the file after making updates.

Individual Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, or Aha! Develop users can set up and use the Dropbox integration.

Navigate to the Storage services section in your Personal settings
Select Dropbox and authenticate your account
Click the Attach files icon on any Aha! record
Attach the files you want and see a thumbnail of the content
