Unify your product resources
Establish a single hub for all your product information. Import existing documents from Confluence into your Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, Aha! Knowledge, or Aha! Develop account. This enables you to create an intranet where coworkers can add new resources, collaborate on content, and share knowledge.
Bring everything together
Manage all your product documentation in a single place. Establish a connection between your Aha! account and your Confluence account, then select which Confluence space you want to import. This will import your documents into a dedicated folder in your Aha! workspace along with any attachments and images. It will also match the original formatting as closely as possible.
Create a product intranet
Craft product and process docs to help your colleagues be successful. Use folders to keep everything beautifully organized. Then, add notes and whiteboards to capture information in the format that makes the most sense. Publish information via a private knowledge base to give cross-functional teams — such as marketing, sales, and support — view-only access to important resources.
Anyone with contributor permissions can import documents from Confluence into any Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, Aha! Knowledge, or Aha! Develop workspace they have access to. To get started, establish a connection between your Aha! account and Confluence.
Navigate to Settings ⚙️ Workspace Imports Import from Confluence
Select how your Confluence site is hosted. You can choose between Cloud or Data Center/Server. (If your Confluence URL contains atlassian.net, select Cloud.)
For Confluence Cloud, enter your Confluence URL, email address, and API token. Your Confluence URL should include
atlassian.net
and end with/wiki
.For Confluence Data Center or Server, enter your Confluence URL and Personal Access Token
Click Test connection to ensure you can establish a connection between your Aha! account and Confluence
Next, select a Confluence space from the dropdown to select the documents you want to import
Click Import
Your imported documentation will go into a folder in your workspace notes. The folder's name will be the same as the Confluence space it was imported from.
