Integrate with Confluence

Showcase your product plans

Start with any saved views of roadmaps or reports in your Aha! Roadmaps workspace. Generate a webpage link, copy it, then head to the Confluence page that you want to share and paste the link. This automatically activates the Aha! Roadmaps macro. Now, every embedded view in Confluence is live. This means that any updates made to your data in Aha! Roadmaps will automatically display in Confluence — so everyone sees the most up-to-date version of your product plans.

Communicate updates in real time

Visibility and transparency are necessary for successful collaboration. Once every embedded view in Confluence goes live, everyone can see changes as they happen. This empowers the team to track progress, celebrate wins, and activate workarounds when the need arises.

Tell your roadmap story

Beyond roadmaps and reports, you can also embed presentations in Confluence. Use Aha! Roadmaps to craft your presentation, adding additional context around the dates and details you share. Options for sharing your presentation include Live update, Refresh on update, or Manual snapshot. Then, simply publish your presentation as a secure webpage and embed the link in Confluence.

To set up the Confluence integration, you need to be an Aha! Roadmaps workspace owner. You will also need to be a Confluence account administrator with configuration permissions.

• Navigate to Settings ⚙️ Account Integrations

• Click + to add a new integration

• Select Confluence

• Check the box next to Enable

• Click Add to Confluence. This will take you to the Aha! Roadmaps for Confluence app download page on the Atlassian Marketplace. Note: You can also access the download page from your Confluence account. From your Confluence homepage, navigate to Settings Atlassian Marketplace Find new apps and search for Aha! Roadmaps for Confluence.
