You

You are passionate about the future of product management. You are motivated to use AI to improve and accelerate your work — and help our customers do the same. You care deeply about the customer experience and delivering exceptional products.

You combine strategic thinking with a strong attention to detail. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a "get it done" attitude. Most importantly, you love doing the hard work and seeing new customers sign up.

In this senior role, you are confident working in complex or ambiguous problem spaces and are skilled at defining a clear direction — then communicating it to other teams and leadership. You have experience leading cross-functional teammates to achieve their best. You also have:

  • Seven+ years of experience as a product manager at a growing technology company, ideally for enterprise SaaS products

  • Skill in building robust prototypes with AI and capturing detailed user feedback

  • Proven success driving measurable product growth at scale — improving key metrics like trial to paid conversion

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to build and launch products

  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams to confidently represent the product and its value

  • Strong written communication skills, including go-to-market content

We offer comprehensive benefits — including profit sharing — and aim to provide equivalent coverage for international teammates.

  • U.S. base salary range: $130,000–$180,000, plus profit sharing

  • Retirement contributions: Percentage of total pay, contributed monthly

  • Medical, dental, and vision: Many teammates are covered at 100%

  • Paid time off: Up to 200 hours off per year

  • Parental leave: 30 to 90 days, plus paid care/bereavement leave

  • Learning stipend: Up to $1,000 annually, plus paid learning time

Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
